JCN INTERNET shall be free to update Internet access progressive to bring in new features with time.

Subscribers have the option to take Customer Premises Equipment either by JCN INTERNET or to bring off their own. We are not responsible for any device brought by the subscriber.

The subscriber of JCN INTERNET is not allowed to resale the Internet Service.

 All IP addresses will be assigned as Dynamic. Static IP is available on request only.

The Subscriber is required to ensure that objectionable or obscene messages or communication, which are in consistent with the established laws of the country, are not made by him or any other person using his system or password.

JCN INTERNET may revise the tariff from time to time at its discretion.

Payment of bills – All Payment terms will be in Advance and it will be the responsibility of the subscriber to make payments, JCN INTERNET would disconnect the service in case of non-payment without giving any notice to the subscriber.

Force Major – if any time, during the continuance of Our Service, the performance in whole or part, of any obligation under it shall be prevented or delayed by reason of war, hostility, acts of the public enemy, civil commotion, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, epidemic, quarantine restriction, strikes, black-out or act of GOD etc. the subscriber shall not have any claim for damages against JCN INTERNET in respect of such non-performance or delay in performance of JCN INTERNET.

JCN INTERNET is not responsible for subscriber’s Computer Hardware and Software areas of the internet not under the control.

Warranty of all electronic devices will be as provided by the manufacturer. If any damage is caused to the devices or wires in your premises, JCN INTERNET is not responsible and the subscriber have to pay for the same.

Any computer related services or need of installing any extra hardware, it will be chargeable.

Connection charges and Internet plan charges are non-refundable.

JCN INTERNET reserves rights to bypass connection to other customers using the Internet junction fixed in your premises.

Subscriber is not responsible for the wire cuts or any other problems outside their premises.

Account if not used for more than 3 months; Reactivation charge of Rs. 500/- is applicable.

Shifting of Internet Connection is subject to the technical feasibility and would be done on payment of the applicable shifting charges.
